Full Journal pdf2000-04-25 House Journal Page 3509 HB 37 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3401) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 37(FIN) "An Act relating to restricting sale of cigarettes, to enforcement of certain laws relating to sales of cigarettes, and to smoking education and cessation programs administered by the Department of Health and Social Services." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 37(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 37(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 37(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 37(FIN)?"
